EFT Tapping Points
(Copyright of Bodymind Healing)

Summary of the EFT protocol
Step 1 - Select the problem. Is it physical, emotional, thought-based or behavior-based? Be as specific as possible in identifying the problem.
Step 2 - Rate the problem out of 10 for how it is in this moment - 0 being not a problem and 10 being as intense as it gets.
Step 3 - Whilst tapping on the karate chop point or rubbing on the sore spot on the chest, say the set-up phrase: "Even though I have this problem, I totally love and accept myself," replacing the word problem with your specific symptom or issue.
Step 4 - Tap on all the points in sequence whilst repeating a reminder phrase (a shortened version of the set-up phrase). The points are: top of the head; eyebrow; side of the eye; under the eye; under the nose; under the lower lip; on the collar bone; under the arm; plus optional points on the near side of each finger nail and across the front of wrist; and finally, finishing with the karate chop point.
Step 5 - Reassess the intensity of the problem with a score out of 10.
Step 6 - If the problem remains, continue with further rounds, adjusting your set-up phrase "Even though I still have some of this problem, I totally love and accept myself." Replace the word problem with the symptom or issue you are working on. Also add the word "remaining" to the beginning of your reminder phrase. Persist until the problem subsides.
Step 7 - Once the problem appears to have resolved, challenge the results by trying to recreate the intensity of the original problem.
Step 8 - If there is any of the problem remaining, address different aspects of it, or persist with the original problem until it subsides. If it changes into something else, then start the procedure again with a set-up phrase which describes the new symptom.
